Certificate in Culinary Arts
This two-year program is a combination of lectures and hands-on training designed to hone students' culinary skills and competencies in planning, operations and supervision of a commercial kitchen. Students are exposed in different actual work experience in five star hotels and will also have an opportunity for an international internship.
