Frequently Asked Questions
My academic flowchart indicates that I should take 27 units. But the system only allows me to enroll 21 academic units. Why is this happening?

It is possible that the system applied the de-loading of courses. If you have failures in the last semester and you have accumulated 15 units but not exceeded 21 units, then the policy for de-loading was applied to you i.e. regular load based on the students prescribed academic load minus six (6) units. If you had been deloaded the previous semester and has not incurred any failure, please visit your curriculum and evaluation in-charge for the lifting of this policy.
