GRADES 11 & 12

Senior HS is a two-year in-depth specialization for students based on the career track they want to pursue. The program will hone skills and competencies relevant to the job market. This will also address the international standard set among countries for standardization of curriculum to make students globally competitive.

focuses on the following career tracks:

  • Teacher Education

Apprenticeship can be taken as early as Grade 11 to gain work experience in a field
related to his chosen career track. Possible work placements are: Banking, Travel and
Tourism, Accounting, Day Care, Tutoring, Desktop Publishing, Computers, Radio and
Television, Journalism, and Photography.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION

Integrated School - Senior High School Applicant

1.    Visit the De La Salle Lipa website for the downloadable forms (www.dlsl.edu.ph):

    Recommendation Form for the Class Adviser

2.    Proceed to the Institutional Admissions & Testing Office (IATO) and present the application form together with the other requirements.  The following qualify for admission as Senior High School Grade 11:
    Graduates of Department of Education accredited Junior High School
    High school seniors (equivalent to 4th year) expecting to graduate by the end of the school year.
    Filipinos who have graduated from Junior High Schools abroad or equivalent to Grade 10
    Foreign applicants who are graduating or have graduated from a Junior high school (Grade 10) or its equivalent abroad.

3.    Pay the corresponding admission processing fee at the Cashiers Office (please secure payment slip at the IATO).  This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
        Grade 11 Applicant            P 500.00
        Foreign Applicant/School/Country        $   50.00
    Note: Top 3 graduating students are exempted from paying the admission processing fee.   Before securing an application form, the student should present a certification stating the rank in third year high school.

4.    Present the official receipt to the IATO to secure admissions test permit. Submit the completed requirements anytime during office hours. (Incomplete requirements will not be processed.)
    Two (2) 2x 2 recent, identical color pictures with white background (with printed name tag in front and signature at the back)
    Recommendation letter from the Class Adviser (Please use DLSL Form)
    Junior High school grades from 1st to 3rd year (Please use DLSL Form)
    Photocopy of NSO/PSA certified Birth Certificate
    Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral (Should be in the Official School Letter Head)
    Photocopy of the National Career Assessment Examination result (original should be presented)
    Photocopy of complete scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the applicants country of origin and Diploma. The grading system should be clearly stated in the transcript. If these records are written in a foreign language other than English, complete and official English translations must be submitted. (Filipino Citizen from Philippine/International Schools). Please present the original documents.
    Original copy of certification from the HS Registrar stating that the student has never enrolled in any college/university (if already graduated in previous school year)
    Photocopy of NSO/PSA certified Marriage Certificate duly signed by a priest/minister (if married)

5.    Take the admission test on the scheduled date. Present the test permit to the proctor.  Applicants must be at the designated room at least 30 minutes earlier.  Late examinees will not be allowed to take the DLSL Admissions Test and the test permit must be presented to the proctor for rescheduling.

    The applicant may inquire from the Institutional Admissions & Testing Office the status of his/her application on the date stated in the claim stub given to each examinee. Results of the DAT will be communicated through the applicants email address.
*Interview/s may be required based on the admission test results or on the credentials submitted.

6.    Submit the original and one (1) photocopy of the Notice of Admission (duly signed by the Student and Parent/Guardian) at the Institutional Admissions & Testing Office within the period stated in the Notice of Admission to confirm your enrollment.

7.     Submit the following requirements on the scheduled date of enrollment:
    Original Fourth Year or Grade 10 Report Card (Form 138)
    One 2x2 recent colored picture with white background (with printed name and signature at the back)
    Original copy NSO/PSA-certified birth certificate
    Original copy of complete scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the applicants country of origin and Diploma. The grading system should be clearly stated in the transcript. If these records are written in a foreign language other than English, complete and official English translations must be submitted. (Filipino Citizen from Philippine/International Schools)
    Original copy of certification from the HS Registrar stating that the student has never enrolled in any college/university (if already graduated in previous school year)
    Two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest/ minister (if married)


*Applicants who fail to enroll on the scheduled date of enrollment will automatically forfeit their slots in favor of waitlisted applicants.
*Any falsification of documents submitted constitutes grounds for disqualification.
