On June 4-5, 2013 at Chez Rafael, fifteen of the college's members underwent extensive two days First Aid Training for Hotel, Restaurant and Resort Personnel, facilitated by two volunteers from Philippine Red Cross Batangas Chapter. These were days full of eagerness to know the technicalities and principles behind the desire to bring assistance in the event of casualties, to protect life and health and to ensure respect for the human being. Hence, the thrill eventually transformed into a feeling of fretfulness on the second day's scheduled written exam in the afternoon followed by the practical exam that tested one's energy, attention to details, and accuracy when saving victims.
