The inevitable growth of the community of De La Salle Lipa has been quite apparent in its population. This is likewise evident in its extended family - religious congregation - that supports and significantly takes part in the spiritual nurturance and formation of the school community.

As valued partners of the DLSL family, select members of the St. Francis Minor Seminary, a member of the Barangay Tambo, Lipa parish, and of the Archdiocese of Lipa were among those who recently received a health benefit - HMO plan - from the school.

On November 3, 2016, DLSL representatives, headed by Special Asst. to the Pres. for Lasallian Initiatives, Br. Leonilo Estrellas, Jr. FSC, and Vice Chancellor for Mission, Ms. Violeta Ramirez, were present to personally hand over the cards to Divina Pastora Parish Priest, Fr. Ildefonso T. Dimaano, St. Francis Minor Seminary Rector, Fr. Eugene Dominic I. Hechanova, DLSL Brothers Community Chaplain, Fr. Russell Matuloy, Fr. Jumy I. De Claro, Fr. Eusebio Bobot V E. Hernandez, Fr. Clarence M. Patag, Fr. Antonio L. Umali, Jr., and the Archdiocese of Lipa Chancellor, Fr. Oscar Andal.

To further explain the privileges and limitations of the health care plan, representatives of the Philippine British Assurance Company, Inc. were invited by the Human Resource Department to provide assistance.
