  DLSL College of Law Releases New Entrance Requirements

  In compliance with the Legal Education Board's (LEB) recent announcement on the changes in the application of aspiring law students in all law schools in the country, the following are the entrance requirements to the Juris Doctor Program of De La Salle Lipa College of Law for SY 2017-2018:
  1. Take the PhilSAT, or the Philippine Law School Admission Test, per Legal Education Board Memorandum Order No. 7, Series of 2016
    • Test Date: April 16, 2017 (Easter Sunday)
    • Test Venue: Manila, Baguio, Legaspi, Cebu, Iloilo, Davao or Cagayan De Oro
    • Registration Dates: March 2-April 3, 2017
    • Testing Fee: P 1,000.00 to be paid to CEM, Inc., commissioned by LEB to administer the PhilSAT

  2. Passing Score: Fifty-five percent (55%) or higher as shown in a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to be issued by CEM, Inc. / LEB
  3. Interview by the DLSL College of Law Dean, and
  4. Compliance with basic institutional admission requirements of the DLSL Admissions Office [(043) 756-5555, local 238]
  5. CEL 1 - Certificate of Eligibility to take-up Law (Compliance with 18 units - Social Sciences, 6 units - Math, and 18 units - English)
  6. mportant Reminder: Honor graduates granted professional civil service eligibility pursuant to P.D. No. 907 who are enrolling within 2 years from their college graduation are EXEMPTED from the PhilSAT for purposes of admission to the DLSL College of Law.
