Generating a total amount of PHP 651,499.28 as a byproduct of clever application of knowledge and skills in practical settings by the students and advisers of the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management has a made a lot of difference in the lives of many people.

The considerable amount of endowment fund that started in PHP 134,000.00 a few years back from two distinguished programs of CIHTM, Tourism Convention and Batangas Food and Beverage Exposition (BAFBEX), grew to its current amount due to the collaboration and efforts of the people behind the events.

Both annual programs have garnered regular and new followers through the years after experiencing the unique offerings, leading to a successful and fruitful staging every year.

In the most recent turnover on March 17, 2017 held at the Green Room of the Sen. Jose Diokno Hall, student representatives shared how challenging yet fulfilling their responsibilities were. They have realized how the programs could be a blessing to others and vice versa.

CIHTM representatives, Dean Joy Zapata, HRM Department Chair, Evangeline Necio and Tourism Department Chair, Andrenelyn Varona, were also on hand to attend the turnover ceremony to De La Salle Lipa's Herencia De La Salle, represented by Chief Strategy and Advancement Officer, Arnold Capuloy, and Advancement Officer, Israel Tan.

Two scholars from the St. Br. Jaime Hilario FSC Scholarship Program, Grade 10, Junior High School, Pauline Angeline Africa, and Grade 12, Senior High School, Paul Edrian Silva, are the current beneficiaries.
