GRADES ISSUANCE

for 1ST SEM of AY 2014-2015

 

Proceed to WINDOW 1 at the Office of the Registrar

 

 

 

 

ADDING / DROPPING of SUBJECTS

CHANGING of SCHEDULES

 

PROCEED to OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

Windows 8, 10 or 11

 

 

 

 

For Students who were not able to have their IDs validated

 

PROCEED to ID ROOM at the Office of the Registrar

 

 

 

 

For Students who were not able

to PRE-ENROLL / ENROLL

Proceed to the Office of the Registrar

for Account Activation

and VDI Lab at the 2nd Floor of the CMR Building

for Enrollment

 

 

 

For Students Enrolled in Dissolved Classes

Please see your Subject Teacher or Department Chair

for the Official Changing of Section

 

 

 

For SHIFTEES

Shifting will only be allowed until Friday, November 7, 2014

Proceed to the Enrollment and Evaluation, Windows 8, 10 or 11

at the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

 

 

 

For NEW STUDENTS

Proceed to the Office of the Registrar

 

ENROLLMENT is until November 14, 2014 only

 

 

 

For UNOFFICIALLY ENROLLED STUDENTS

Proceed to the Accounting Office for the payment of fees

 

Assessments will be deleted after the 2nd week of classes

No CONSIDERATIONS will be entertained after the deletion
