IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS

 

From the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

1.      START of CLASSES Classes will start on August 9, 2016 for the first semester. STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLASSES IF THEY ARE NOT YET PAID AND OFFICIALLY LISTED IN THE CLASS LIST.

2.      LAST DAY OF PAYMENT AT THE DLSL CASHIER FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER Last day of payment is UNTIL AUGUST 22, 2016 ONLY. 

3.      LAST DAY OF PAYMENT OUTSIDE DLSL Last day of payment outside DLSL is on AUGUST 19, 2016.  Payments made outside of DLSL beyond August 22 will not be recorded in DLSL hence; students will not be officially enlisted.

4.      POLICY ON PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES- for further inquiry, please proceed to the FRD Office:

 

a.       Payments made on or before AUGUST 8, 2016 will not incur penalty.

b.       Payments made from AUGUST 9-15, 2016 will incur a penalty of P150.  

c.        Payments made from AUGUST 16-22, 2016 will incur a penalty of P 200.

d.       Payments made after AUGUST 22, 2016 will not be accepted.

e.        Bank payments will be accepted up to AUGUST 19, 2016 only

 

5.      DELETION OF PRE-ENROLLED SUBJECTS - NO STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PROCESS THEIR ENROLLMENT AFTER AUGUST 22, 2016.  Pre-enrolled subjects will be deleted on AUGUST 23, 2016 if not yet paid on or before AUGUST 22, 2016.

6.      CLASS LISTS- FACULTY MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE THEIR OFFICIAL CLASS LIST FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE SECRETARIES ON AUGUST 9, 2016. FACULTY MEMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT STUDENTS WHOSE NAMES ARE NOT ENLISTED IN THE OFFICIAL CLASS LIST.

7.      ID VALIDATION - Students whose ID Cards are not validated after AUGUST 22, 2016 although they had already paid their tuition will not be allowed to attend classes.  Students who have made payments through banks should proceed to the Accounting Office for the validation of payment and to the Office of the Registrar for validation of IDs.

8.      TUTORIAL CLASSES - Payment for Tutorial Classes will be up to AUGUST 22, 2016 ONLY.   Please see your respective Registrar's Coordinator (temporarily assigned at MB 509 and 510) for the processing of application for Tutorial Classes

9.      SPECIAL CLASSES.  Computation for Special Classes will be accommodated up to AUGUST 15, 2016 ONLY.   Please make sure that you have the Schedule of Classes in coordination with your Department / Area Chair before you enlist other students to avoid conflict in their subject loads for the first semester of School Year 2016-2017.
