ORP supports faculty researchers' presentations in various conferences

An army of De La Salle Lipa researchers trooped to several conferences as they presented their research works.

Last November 19-21, Zernan Magbuhat, Michael Ramos, Romaine Magboo, and Bernardo attended the DLSU-Dasmarinas Research Week 2014 wherein part of the activity was the paper presentations.

On November 21, twelve College of Education Arts and Sciences faculty members participated in the 2014 CHED CRC Research Conference held at the University of Perpetual Help System in Binan Laguna. The research presenters were: Renan Kasilag, Joy Talens, Ph.D., Jose Macatangay, Aristotle Balba, Richard Magsino, Joseph Angelou Ng, Zernan Magbuhat, Mignodel Morales, Hermogenes Panganiban, DPA., Roberto Marcelo, Jr., Vedes Ann Laylo and Michael Ramos.

DLSL researchers were also visible in international conferences. Dr. Edgar Allan Castro and Wilfreda Dimaano of College of Business, Economics, Accountancy, and Management presented their papers in the Third International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Business Management (ICEBM) held in Penang Malaysia last November 6-7. Likewise, Sheila Maloles and Jasmin De Silva went to Hongkong last November 19-21 for their paper presentations.

CEAS Research Coordinator, Dr. Joy Talens, presented her paper in the Second International History, Philosophy and Science Teaching Asian Regional Conference (IHPTS) held in Taipei, Taiwan last December 4-7.

In UP Diliman, an international conference themed Mother-Tongue and National Language in the K to 12 Curricular Enhancement as Framework for Development was attended by Aileen Joy Saul and Renato Maligaya where they discussed the results of their findings in their respective papers.

Institutional support through the Office of Research and Publications was accorded to the presenters after they have complied with the requirements of the office.
