College Faculty Researchers Present Papers in Various Conferences

The month of July kicked off with the presentations of college faculty researchers in both national and international conferences.

Dr. Bernardo Lunar presented his paper entitled"Extent of Implementation of and Level of Participation in the Project Carbon Neutral: The Case of De La Salle Lipa" in the International Conference on Advances in Education, Teaching and Technology 2016 (Edu Teach 2016) held in Toronto, Canada last July 16-17.

During the 4th National Business and Management Conference (NBMC) held at Ateneo de Davao University on July 22-23, the following CBEAM, CEAS and CITHM faculty researchers presented their papers.

Dr. Sheila Maloles - Academic Research Relevance to Business Practices: Perceptions, Scan Intensity, Use and Intentions of Business Practitioners in Batangas.

Dr. Edgar Allan Castro - Effects of Organizational Learning and Collective Knowledge on Change Beliefs: A Phil. HEI's Perceptions on the ASEAN Economics Integration

Ms. Analiza Resurreccion - Value Placed on the Online Reviews and How this Affects the Opinions and Actions of Batangueno Entrepreneurs When Patronizing Local Business Services

Mr. Joseph Angelou Ng- Effects of Problem-Based Service Learning on the Civic Consciousness of Students Enrolled in the National Service Training Program of De La Salle Lipa.

Ms. Maria Madel M. Ocampo - Influence of Grade Point Average (GPA) and Perceived Academic Performance on the Employability Skills of Senior Hospitality and Tourism Students (Note: Ms. Rikkie Rose Maranan is the co - author of Ms. Ocampo)

Meanwhile, Dr. Ivee Guce attended the recently held CHED Higher Education Research Conference in Century Park Manila last July 26-27 and presented her paper entitled "BS Mathematics Students' Personal Beliefs in Engaging in and Learning Mathematics".

Truly, these faculty researchers uphold the mission of the school being the catalysts of social transformation through conducting wide array of researches that will benefit the community.
