A final workshop aimed at creating the institution's strategic plans for the next 10 years was held on 26 May 2006 at the Villa D'Carmelita Resort in Malvar, with administrators from the College and the Integrated School joining their counterparts from the Finance & Human Resource, Services, Lasallian Ministries and Sports & Culture Departments.

Leading the group was DLSL President Br. Manuel Pajarillo FSC. Also present were Executive Vice-President (EVP) Mr. Juan Lozano, Vice-President for Academics & Research (VPAR) Dr. Corazon Abansi and Vice-President for Administration (VPAd) Mr. Rex Torrecampo. The workshop was facilitated by Finance & Human Resource Director Mr. Arnold Capuloy.

The workshop culminated a long process which began on 6 April, when the President gave his evaluation of the past 3 years of his encumency and a subsequent 10-point agenda. The following day, an interpretation of the Mission-Vision was done at Vice-Presidents' level. The result of the Vice-Presidents meeting was the creation of macro concepts that were incorporated with the President's agenda to guide administrators in the creation of strategic plans.

Workshops were held at various levels to create the plans, which were then submitted to the EVP, the VPAR and the VPAd for initial scanning. An exchange of plans ensued, which allowed the academic and administrative divisions as well as the Offices under the EVP to analyze each other's initial plans.

During the 26 May workshop, the different departments met each other to discuss areas of collaboration and essential response areas to successfully implement the plans. The main points of the meetings were reported to the VPAR and the VPAd in the afternoon.

The plans are to be fine-tuned by each department, collated and, finally, submitted to the EVP and the Brother President in June for approval.
