Five panelists from different auditing firms raised two major questions to the delegates. A closed-door panel interview culminated the elimination process, which focused on defending the local chapter of each delegates. Arboleda presented ten reasons to defend JPIA-DLSL as an outstanding local chapter in the country. Some of the JPIA-DLSL projects he presented to the panelists were the Mangyan Mission and Nature Trekking, Accountancy Month Celebration, Accounting Lectures Kick Off, Christmas Caroling and Outreach Programs, Br. Henry Virgil Cup 2006 and Annual Regional Convention. With such programs, JPIA-DLSL hailed as an outstanding local chapter in the national level while Arboleda bagged the Outstanding JPIAn award, ranking second all over the country.
