In anticipation of the big volume of students, parents and visitors who will come to school during the first two days of classes on June 13 and14, a Welcoming Committee was created in a meeting called by Mr. Rex Torrecampo, the Vice President for Administration, in response to a request by the Executive Vice-President Mr. Juan Lozano. The committee is composed of personnel from different offices under the administration who will be deployed in different areas within the campus to offer assistance to students and parents on their inquiries. The FRD will occupy the Loading and Unloading Bay and SENTRUM area, the ISD was assigned in the walk-way at the IS area while the MCD will have their help and PR desk placed in the College lobby. The IS office personnel will be assisting entrants in the HLS lobby and PLC side gate. Only office personnel who can be spared from their duties will be excused to form part of the committee.
In addition the MCD was tasked with the improvement of the Bulletin Boards in the College Lobby in coordination with the Student Services Office.
