THE RETREAT COMPLEX IS BUILT ON THE NEWLY ACQUIRED 3.4-HECTARE PROPERTY ACROSS THE MAIN CAMPUS.
The Complex is comprised of three (3) session halls, one-storey dormitory, mess hall, comfort rooms, open activity area and a chapel.
The facility serves as an ideal venue to numerous formation activities for the 11,000 DLSL population.
Designed by Arch. Antonio Gutierrez Jr. and Arch. Barry Del Rosario, the structures are designed to be eco-friendly using less electricity and paint. The main buildings – chapel, mess hall and session halls – are open air and utilize more natural light during daytime. Indigenous materials like bamboo and sawali are used to complete the look and echo more vividly the commitment of the campus to the care and nurturance of the environment
