Jose Diokno Building, DLSL on April 19, 2007. De La Salle Lipa holds the distinction of being the first Philamlife PEP partner school in Southern Luzon. USLS-Bacolod Campus Visit Faculty and students of the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod had an educational tour at De La Salle Lipa on April 10, 2007. They were welcomed by officers of the Gourmet Club Avenir, LICA Students and HRM volunteers headed by Ms. Vangie Necio. Station of the Cross The Intitutional Lasallian Formation Office (ILFO) initiated a Station of the Cross that was participated by the faculty and staff of DLSL on Holy Wednesday, April 4, to commemorate the passion and death of our Lord Jesus Christ. The station started at the Grandstand area and then passed all the main buildings and locations of the school.

Finance Seminar DLSL Hosts SMART Schools Program De La Salle Lipa’s College of Information Technology and Engineering hosted a one-week training for public school teachers under the Smart Schools Training Program. Level 10 One - Act Play Competition Through the concerted effort of the Level 10 English teachers, the One - Act Play Competition for Level 10 was conceptualized. Inspired by William Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, the organizing committee started the activity with a Script Writing Contest for the piece's Act 4, Scene 1. The Best Script then was the one used for the elimination round last November 8 - 10. Brothers' Community Meeting with the Scholars November 27, 2006 / Brothers' House, De La Salle Lipa Poem Writing and On-The-Spot Poster Making Contests The Poem Writing and On-The-Spot Poster Making Contests, sponsored by the Booklovers' Club, was held last November 27, 2006 in Learning Resource Center 2. The said contests were open to Levels 4 - 7 students. Level 8 KAPAMILYA Exposure and Outreach Activity November 22 - December 13, 2006 / Public Elementary Schools in East District of Lipa . CECON The Council of Economics Educators (CECON) together with the Philippine Council of Economics Students (PhilCES) held their 10th National Conference with the theme “Enhancing Local Government Competitiveness Through Economics Towards Global Integration” on November 23rd, at the Sen. Jose Diokno Auditorium. Tawag ng Tanghalian A noontime show organized by the SCB Officers in coordination with the Student Activities Office was presented last November 22, 2006 at Br. Henry Virgil Gym. The show featured live bands and future artists from the IS. Educational Trip of Level 7 SBJHLC All Level 7 students of Br. Jaime Hilario Learning Community, together with Mr. Rey Villegas, visited the Casa de Segunda last November 17, 2006 in Lipa City. Newspaper Drive The Pilantropo Lasalyano headed by Ms. Theresa de Ocampo had their Newspaper Drive last November 8 - 29, 2006. The proceeds of this drive will go to the outreach activites of the club. SMART's Wireless Engineering Education Program CITE faculty members attended the SMART - sponsored seminar on Wireless Engineering Education Program on 27 September at the Mabini Building. DLSL Beauties Vie for Breakfast's Crush ng Tambayan De La Salle Lipa's Gerlinde Habit and Apreal Gonzales are this week's contestants for "Crush Ng Tambayan," a daily segment of Studio 23's morning show, Breakfast. Meet and Greet the Devine Family A welcoming ceremony for Ms. Alexis D. Devine, the HRM training partner in the International Practicum Training Program and former owner of the Veranda House, Nantucket, Massachusetts was held last 24 September 2006 at the Chez Avenir Hotel. Departmental Activities Faculty and students from the HRM Department visited the Gardenia Plant and had a restaurant and bar tour at TGIF at Alabang Town Center last 21 September 2006. PEP Rally This year's Pep Rally was held last 19 September at the SENTRUM .The sports teams that participated in the Pep Rally were Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Football, Men's and Women's Chess and sports team from the Integrated School. ACCD DAY - Annual Gathering of Catechists in the Archdiocese of Lipa The CARE (Catechetical and Religious Emissaries ) teacher moderators from the PLC, JLC and SCL communities of the DLSL Integrated together with the SBJH Level 11 attended the 25th Annual Gathering of Catechists in the Archdiocese of Lipa on September 16,2006. Lamp College Scholarship Orientation The SBJHLC Office invited Mr. Henson Ola, the Scholarship Officer of the Lasallian Assistance Management Program (LAMP) Office, to orient the Level 11 students about college scholarship offerings of DLSL. Jaime Hilario FSC Learning Community Integrated School had an ecological field trip at Heirloom Gardens in Pallocan East, Batangas City and the St. Benedictine Monastery in Pinagtung-Ulan Lipa City last Sept. 11, 2006. Celebration of Mama Mary's Birthday Sponsored by the Legion of Mary, the celebration was held on 8 September 2006 at the TLE Room. Thanksgiving Mass and Honors' Assembly of SBJHLC The Hilarian Family, composed of students, teachers, administrators, parents, donors and alumni celebrated the feast of Mama Mary through a Thanksgiving Mass last Sept. 8, 2006 at Br. Henry Virgil Gymnasium. Area Meet Opening The opening of the area sports meet was held at the DLSL Grounds last 8 September 2006. The APE was conducted by St. Cecilia Polyclinic, which is the accredited clinic of Fortune Care. Fortune Care Seminar All Fortune Care Members attended a half-day orientation at the Sen. Diokno Building Auditorium on June 7, 2006. Benefits were discussed and questions were entertained. Official Fortune Care Membership cards were issued to all the attendees.
