In a crowd of talented and aspiring young hoteliers and restaurateurs, De La Salle Lipa’s (DLSL) College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (CIHTM), particularly the Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) department stood strong and beamed with pride for once again representatives participated into various events and paved their way into sweet success. DLSL’s delegates conquered major and minor titles in three events, namely, Bed Making, Buffet Centerpiece and Food Styling and Photography Competition at the annual Manila Foods and Beverages Exposition (MAFBEX) with the theme “Hollyfood: The Ultimate Foodventure” held on June 14 to 18, 2017 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.
The road to success may be obstructed with many challenges and requires hard work, but these students are driven by passion to continue being the best possible individual they can be. Thus, the following are DLSL’s deserving winners this year.
