A dynamic and mutually beneficial process of identifying, conceptualizing, recommending, implementing and evaluating concrete operational work plans for common areas of concern are conducted on a per project basis or as the need arises. The work plan, endorsed by represented Lasallian institutions, is reported back to their respective school heads who may authorize the school’s participation in the agreed plan of action.
