Note: Top 10 graduating students are exempt from paying the admission processing fee. Before securing an application form, the student should present a certification from his/her high school Principal stating the student's rank in third year high school.

| CLASSIFICATION OF STUDENT APPLICANTS |
- Graduates of Department of Education accredited high schools
- High school seniors (equivalent to 4th year or grade 12, depending on the educational system that the school follows) expecting to graduate by the end of the school year
- High school students who have not taken any college work and hold Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) certificate indicating eligibility for admission to college
- Transfer students from other universities and colleges accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) who are willing to start again as freshman (still to submit college credentials)
- Filipinos who have graduated from secondary schools abroad
- Foreign applicants who are graduating or have graduated from a high school or its equivalent abroad
