Board of Trustees 2004-2006

The Board of Trustees is the highest policy-making body of the institution. As per the De La Salle Lipa Articles of Incorporation, four of the seats in the Board are reserved for De La Salle Brothers appointed by the Brother Visitor. The Brother Visitor of the De La Salle Philippine Province is by default Chairperson of the Board. The other lay members of the Board are all respected citizens of the City of Lipa and the rest of the country, some of whom have children who at one time or the other were students at De La Salle Lipa. The Board holds quarterly meetings in September, December, March and June.
