  REORIEN – Research Orientation (3 Units)
This is a course designed to expose the graduating students to the utilization of different kinds of information necessary to help formulate and implement business management policies. Emphasis is on research methodology, especially on the systematic gathering, recording and analyzing and interpreting of data that are crucial for business management decisions.

RESWRIT – Research Writing (3 Units)
Research Writing is a subject that equips students with knowledge and techniques in doing a research, particularly business research. The research proposal prepared in Research Orientation is developed into a final research paper. Students are taught techniques in writing the results and discussion as well as conclusion and recommendation. The completed research paper will be presented before a panel of faculty experts and practitioners.

BUSINET – Good Business Ethics (3 Units)
This course takes up the basic themes, concepts, perspective underlying the fundamental ideas and nature, integrating theories and principles, functions and approaches, models and philosophical influences of Good Business ethics and Ethical standards at the individual, managerial and organizational levels of doing business.

BUSIORG – Business Organization and Management (3 Units)
This course deals with the nature, concepts and principles of Business Management. It discusses the generally accepted management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. It introduces the application of management process to various functional areas of business.

HUMBORG – Human Behavior in Organization (3 Units)
This course deals with the theories and model of individual and group behavior in organizations, fundamentals of organizational behavior and interpersonal dynamics relating to concepts, principles, and theories with emphasis on Filipino culture and personality in relation to global community.

HUMANRE – Human Resource Management (3 Units)
This course deals with the managerial functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling of the procurement, development, compensation, integration , maintenance and separation of human resources to the end that individual, organizational and societal objectives are accomplished.

PRODMAN – Production and Operations Management (3 Units)
This course is a specialized field of management that would make students acquainted with the management of the operational systems of business firms. It involves the basic understanding of the operational and/or production processes of organizations in view of planning and operating more efficient and productive systems in the future. The subject also covers the study of decision level responsibility of management, which focuses on product design, proper process selection, effective product planning and control and total quality management.

MANPLAN – Management Planning and Control (3 Units)
This course provides a conceptual framework of management control and its relation to management planning. It is designed to allow students to gain knowledge, insights, and analytical skills related to how a firm’s managers got about designing, implementing and using planning and control systems to implement a firm’s strategies.

STRATMA/BUSIPOL – Strategic Management (3 Units)
The course tackles the functions and responsibilities of senior management; the problems they face and the decisions they make, that determined the direction of the organization; and the strategies they implement to ensure the success of the total enterprise. Emphasis is given on strategies and its implementation.

BUSPSYC – Business Psychology (3 Units)
The course is offered for the students to be aware of problems that they may encounter when they enter the world of business and how to deal with situations where human element is present. A good understanding of psychology as applied in business and industry is the main focus of the course. What will be considered in the study are questions man asked himself – how we learn, what motives, instincts, emotions and other factors governing human behavior have been formulated needed to develop oneself into a socially adjusted, well integrated and happy individual. The course finally focuses on special field of psychological interest and research, on facts and principles of human/customer behavior, on theories and their application in business and industry.
