DONORS FROM THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES
Donors from the United States and other countries abroad (wherever applicable) who wish to avail of tax benefits from the US Government, should make cheque/s payable to De La Salle Institute, Inc. (DLSI) in Napa, California, USA.

No other name/s should be written on the cheque/s. A note stating the purpose of the gift and indicating a return address, is to be attached with the cheque(s) and mailed to Mr. Steve Taylor or Ms. Julie Hosford, at:

A tax exemption certification along with an official receipt will be mailed by DLSI to each donor.
