College Admission Procedures for Foreign Students
- Payment of admission processing fee to the Cashier. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- P 260 for Freshmen.
- P 300 for BS Nursing applicants
- P 310 for Transferees
- P 300 for Audit, Teacher Certificate Program, and 2nd academic degree applicants.
- Submission of the following for screening:
- SSP or student visa
- Accomplished application form
- Completely filled out and properly signed guidelines
- Two (2) 2x2 recent identical colored pictures (white background)
- Three (3) recommendation letters from the following: HS Principal, Class Adviser and Guidance Counselor using DLSL Recommendation Form. Each letter must be placed inside a sealed white envelope signed by the issuer at the flap.
- One (1) photocopy of available 4th year grades
- Photocopy of the guardian’s passport reflecting authorized stay, if guardian is an alien and he must not be a mere 9(a) visa holder.
- If already graduated in previous school year or earlier, one (1) photocopy of certification from the HS registrar stating the student has never enrolled in any college or university.
- If Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) qualifier, one (1) photocopy of PEPT certificate of qualification for college.
- If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest/minister.
Note: upon enrollment, foreign students will be asked to pay a one-time fee worth $200 as foreign students’ fee.
