| SIGN OF FAITH |
| We, as members fo the DLSL community as living proofs of man's closeness with God and deep spirituality. One of the Lasallian values which is fundamental to our Lasallian indentity is the spirit of faith. Thus, quoting from the article "Foundational Principles of Lasallian Formation" (Guiding Principles of the Philippine Lasallian Family - Published by the Philippine Lasallian Family 2005): |

The spirit of faith flows from a relationship of communion with the Triune God who wills to save all people by drawing them into a life-giving communion with Him and with one another. In the Lasallian tradition, the spirit of faith is a spirit that allows one to:
- discover God's active presence in His Word, in men and women, in the poor, in nature, in history and in ourselves;
- judge and evaluate things in the light of the gospel;
- search for God's will in order to carry out His saving plan;
- unite one's actions to the ongoing saving action of God in the worls;
and
- trust in God's loving presence and providence when acting or discerning God's will.
The spirit of faith is a disposition of the mind and heart that (1) allows believers to interpret, judge and evaluate reality in the light of the Gospel; (2) moves and motivates them to contribute actively to the fulfillment of God's saving plan; (3) enables them to take necessary risks and act with boldness in accomplishing what is demanded by each situation, placing their trust in God's providence to guide, sustain and make fruitful their efforts. |

| EXCELLENT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION |
As an excellent educational institution, DLSL provides services beyond what is basically required by the Department of Education, both in quantity and quality. It passes a national standard of evaluation or accreditation concerning quality education and implements recommendations to continually improve its services.
The quality of education that an institution offers can be gauged by the quality of students and personnel that is able to develop. DLSL programs, therefore are geared towards developing among the members of its community, the spirit of faith, zeal for service, and communion in mission, aside from developing the students into individuals who are well equipped with knowledge and skills necessary in the next stage of their life.
An excellent educational institution is one that is dynamic. DLSL sees the needs of the times and acts on it in the light of its vision/mision. It foresees the future and tracks down its course as it leads to the fulfillment of its and their vision.

| TEACHING MINDS |
Part of the DLSL mission is to make its members well informed. Academic courses are updated to keep abreast with the current trends and new ideas. Teachers undergo faculty development programs to be more proficient in their field of specialization and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and skills to students. Facilities are improved to provide a more conducive learning environment to enrich the mind.
DLSL is an institution committed to the value of learning. The promotion of learning pervades all education efforts and activities in all settings and within all groups of learners. As a community dedicated to learning and informed by the lasallian spirit, DLSL offers educational experiences that are collaborative, contexttual, dynamic and open to a variety of pedagogical methods. It empowers its students to become life-long learners, competent in their area of discipline, enabled with critical thinking skills, and predisposed to use this knowledge for service and leadership. It values a culture in which all students, faculty and staff are partners in education.

| TOUCHING HEARTS |
Faith, zeal and communion are basic Lasallian values which are fundamental to Lasallian identity. DLSL programs are geared towards the development of these values among its members. Values integration are intensified, spiritual and Lasallian formations are improved, and unity in mission is encouraged and ensured. DLSL members are therefore inspired by their faith, very understanding, sensitive to the needs ot others and act on them in their own capacity, service-oriented, and united in the fulfillment of their mission. |

| TRANSFORMING LIVES |
DLSL members serves as inspiration for others to live a life of faith, commitment, and service. Inspired by the charism and vision of our founder, St. John Baptist de La Salle, we becomed ambassadors of Christ, spreading the Good News throught our actions and making a difference in the lives of people that we encounter.
DLSL has concrete programs to serve the poor to provide the less fortunate the chance for a better life, an equal opportunity to quality education, and a better relationship with God. |
