College
Incoming college freshmen and transferees may now avail of our new online application services. There are two ways to do so:
° Apply through an online form which is available here. Upon submission, you will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail and message with additional instructions. Please read these carefully before closing your browser. Our Admissions staff will process your application and then inform you by phone and/or e-mail of your examination date. Please note that your application becomes official only upon payment of the required fees.
° Fill out an application form in MS Word format which is available here. You may submit the form in either of two ways:
° Print the form back-to-back using a long (8 1/2" x 13") bond paper, then submit the fully accomplished form with the required fee (P400 for incoming freshmen, transferees, audit students, Teacher Certificate Program applicants, and 2nd academic degree applicants. Applicants with College Scholastic Aptitude Test [CSAT] score of least 60 percentile [non-BS Nursing] or 70 percentile [BS Nursing] pay only P300.00.) and two 2 x 2 pictures at the Tertiary School Admissions Office here at De La Salle Lipa.
° Accomplish the form digitally then submit it as and e-mail attachment using a valid and active e-mail account to the Admissions Office. You will be contacted by our Admissions Staff either by phone or e-mail to advise you about your examination date.
Graduate School
For applicants to our innovative Master in Management Technology graduate degree program, please fill out the application form available here. Your submission goes straight to the Registrar of the Graduate & Continuing Education School of De La Salle Lipa. You will be notified by phone or e-mail of your examination schedule.
