ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATIONS

The OCR issues various types of Certifications. These include Certification of:

 

1. Enrollment
2. Units Earned
3. Candidacy for Graduation
4. Academic Completion Graduation
5. Graduation with Honors
6. Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA)
7. Dean's List
8. Grades
9. Ranking (for undergraduate students only)
10. Others (only for matters with readily-available data and are verifiable).
