1. Students requesting
for courses to be offered during summer should
go to the OCR for enlistment.
Filing and approval of requests normally begins immediately after
the second semester's
midterm examinations.
2. A minimum of fifteen students per course
is required for a class to be opened. The
maximum number of
enrollees per class is forty students.
a. Irregular students
with failed courses may request summer classes.
b. Regular students
may not take advanced courses during summer.
3. The Request for Summer Course Offering
(Form No. 14) is available at the OCR.
a. The names, sections,
and student numbers of the students requesting
the course to be offered
should be indicated in the request form.
b. The accomplished
request form must be forwarded to the Area
Chairperson(s), Department Head
and Dean(s) concerned for approval and signature.
c. The approved request
form must be submitted to the OCR within a
week after its approval.
4. A flow chart for summer enrollment will
be posted at the College Registrar's bulletin
boards for reference
purposes.

5. The OCR sets the schedule of summer classes
and specifies the dates of enrollment.
