ENROLLMENT
PROCESS for NEW STUDENTS with NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
(NOA)
FIRST
SEMESTER 2007-2008
1. Proceed
to the OCR and look for your designated area
(Refer to window assignment below)
a. present the enrollment
slip.
b. secure a copy of
Enrollment and Assessment Form (EAF)
2. Proceed to the College Cashier at the FRD
Office at the SENTRUM or at Sen. Diokno Bldg.
for the payment of
fees.
3. Proceed to the designated area at the OCR
and secure a copy of your Certificate
of Registration (COR).

taking will be scheduled in June 2007
