1. All students are required to accomplish clearance forms before the issuance of their final course     grades. Students with incomplete grades are given a grace period of two weeks after the     issuance of grades to complete their course requirements. Otherwise, they will automatically     receive a grade of 5.00 or "Repeat."

2. Copies of students' individual grades are mailed to the parents or guardian at the end of every     semester.
