Procedure for the Release of Transfer Credential
a. A Certificate of Transfer Credential should
be requested from the Registrar as soon as
the student decides
to discontinue his/her studies. A pre-requisite
for the issuance of the Certificate of
Transfer Credential is an accomplished Clearance
Form, which indicates that the student has
no unsettled accounts
from the offices concerned. No records shall
be provided to any student whose
accounts have not been settled.
b. An original Transcript of Records (TOR)
may not be hand delivered; rather, it will
be sent through post
or courier to the school to which the student
wishes the credits to be transferred. Unofficial
transcripts may be hand delivered, and are
issued for evaluation purposes only.
c. TOR requests must be filed at the OCR at
least one week prior to the desired issuance
date.

with the school he was enrolled in.
b.

he is enrolled in
with appropriate transfer credentials which
will entitle him to admission in another school
of his choice, subject to the latter's policies
and regulations on the admission of transfer
students.
c.
A transfer credential signed by the College
Registrar shall be issued not later than two
weeks after the filing
of the application for transfer, provided
