PRE-ENROLLMENT (2nd SEM)

 

PROCESS

Pre-Enrollment Form  
Secure Pre-Enrollment Form at the College Guard, Main Lobby
   

Accomplished
Pre-Enrollment Form

Accomplish the Pre-enrollment form and have it approved and signed by your Academic Adviser. Submit Accomplished Pre-Enrollment Form  at your assigned window at the OCR.

Your Program Coordinator will facilitate the enrollment and will provide the student a copy of the Enrollment Form.
   

Copy of the Enrollment Form
The student will keep the copy of his/her Enrollment Form until the enrollment period on October, 2007

Pre-Enrollment Policies

1. Students are advised to secure the approval of their Academic Advisers on the     courses they are going to enroll before submitting the Temporary Enrollment Form       to the OCR for final approval.
2. Enrolled courses during the pre-enrollment period are considered final except for     students who received failing grades in the previous semester.
3. Adjustment of schedules and course loads will be done during the enrollment     period. Only students with failures and conflict of schedules due to adjustments     made in the general class schedule may adjust their course loads and schedules


Note:

1. If the student passed all the subjects he/she will proceed to the OCR for     Enrollment.
2. If the student failed in any of the courses taken in the first semester, he/she will     again fill up a Pre-Enrollment Form by referring to the schedule posted at the     College Registrar's Bulletin Board. He will submit the accomplished Pre-enrollment     form and have it approved and signed by his/her adviser. He will then proceed to     the OCR for enlistment.

Sept. 07-11 - All Fifth Year Students
Sept. 12-14 - All Fourth Year Students
Sept. 15-19 - All Third Year Students
Sept. 20-22 - All Second Year Students
Sept. 25-27 - Transferees, Returnees
