OFFICE OF THE COLLEGE REGISTRAR (OCR)

APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION
Only students who have successfully completed all courses in their respective curriculum are eligible for graduation. Students cannot participate in any commencement activity unless all curricular requirements have
been completed.

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM (COLLEGE)

A. All candidates for graduation should file an application for graduation at the OCR. Filing of     applications for graduation starts in July.

B. Submission of a completed application form is a prerequisite for graduation.

C. The OCR will announce the schedule of interview and picture taking. Students will be asked of     their preferred time for interview and picture-taking. The students are requested to:

    1. Report on the set date and time of interview.
    2. Report on the set date and time for graduation picture taking.
