This Faculty Manual is a compilation of different policies and procedures concerning the academic staff of the College. It serves as a guide to academic employees on matters pertaining to hiring, benefits, ethical standards, workload and related concerns. At the same time, is also provides information on the management dynamics of the Lasallian community.

The contents of this Manual are products of the College's wide array of experiences in dealing with different stakeholders in the academic community. The provisions may be subjected to revisions or necessary amendments based on the changes in organizational structures and institutional policies, and other pressing needs within the school environment. Employees are therefore invited to share useful insights towards further improvement of the different provisions.

Comprehensive discussions of certain areas are contained in the other College publications or institutional references - administration manual. Operations manual and employees manual. Recommendations or clarifications of some provisions may be coursed through the different unit/office heads concerned.
