This is a compilation of the different policies and procedures concerning the operations of the Colleges. It seeks to serve as guide to students and co-workers on the process flow of different activities and, at the same time, to provide a better understanding of the management dynamics of this community.

The contents of this manual are products of the Colleges' wide array of experiences in dealing with different stakeholders in the academic community. It covers the operations in the different colleges: College of Business, Economics Accountancy and Management; College of Education, Arts and sciences; College of Information Technology and Engineering; and College of Nursing. It also contains information on the operations in the Office of Student Services, Office of the Registrar, Office of Research and Publications, and Office of Community Service. The provisions are all subject to revisions or necessary amendments based on changes in structure, institutional policies, and other pressing needs within the school environment. Readers are invited to share useful insights towards further improvement of the school's policies and operational procedures.

Comprehensive discussions of certain areas are contained in other Colleges' publications and institutional references - employees manual, administration manual, faculty manual, student's handbook, research and publications manual, student services manual, registrar's manual. Recommendations or clarifications of some provisions may be coursed through the different unit/office heads.
