The DLSL Wireless ResNet is a work in progress. In order to use the wireless network, your device *MUST* be in a place where the wireless signal exists. For the moment (January 2006), these places are:

• North & South Lounge
• Portions of the IT Domain
• Portions of the CITE office
• New Science Building 1 st to 3 rd floor hallways and ramp
• Portions of New Science Building 4 th to 5 th floor hallways and ramp (spotty coverage)
• Portions of New Science Building roof deck (spotty coverage)

The following areas are “coming soon”

• Centen
• Hacienda
• MTDC
• New Science Building 5 th floor computer laboratories

If you do not have signal bars in your WiFi meter, you are NOT in a covered zone, so it just won’t work.
