AUDIT STUDENTS

A. Qualified Applicants:

1. High School Graduate
2. Graduate of any degree program
3. Undergraduate of any program

B. Application Procedures:

  1. Pay the admissions-processing fee of P400.00 at the Cashier’s Office.
  2. Present the official receipt to the Admissions Office to secure application form.
  3. Submit to the Admissions Office the completed application form with all the required documents contained in a long brown envelope. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
    1. Accomplished application form
    2. Completely filled out and properly signed guidelines
    3. Two (2) 2x2 recent, identical color pictures with white background
    4. One (1) photocopy of transcript of records.
    5. One (1) recommendation letter (If employed, certification from current employer. If unemployed, barangay clearance from barangay chairperson.) Each letter must be placed inside a sealed white envelope signed on the flap by the issuer.
    6. If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest/minister.
  4. Report to the College Dean for interview.
  5. Applicants who qualify for admission are required to submit the following on the enrollment date specified in the acceptance letter.
    1. Accomplished information sheets
    2. Two (2) 2x2 recent, identical color pictures with white background
    3. One original and two (2) photocopies of NSO-certified birth certificate
    4. Original and two (2) photocopies of official transcript of records (for graduates)
    5. If married, two (2) photocopies of marriage certificate duly signed by a priest/minister.

C. Crediting Subjects

The applicant agrees that the subjects to be enrolled will not be given grade/s, although a certificate of attendance in such subject/s may be earned.

Saturdays - 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN only

SCHEDULE OF TESTING

The De La Salle Lipa Admissions Tests are usually given on Saturdays from July until April. Special Testing on weekdays may be held, depending on the number of examinees. Test registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
