The De La Salle Lipa Alumni Association is a non-stock, non-profit corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Each year, during the general alumni homecoming, alumni and alumnae who are present elect a working Board of Directors and officers for a term of one year. The elected officers and board members are then tasked with attainment of the goals and ideals of the association as well as the implementation of the association’s various projects.
