Donors from the United States and other countries abroad (wherever applicable) who wish to avail of the US Government tax deduction scheme are advised to please take note of the following procedure:
1. All checks should be addressed to De La Salle Institute, Inc. Nothing else should be written on each check.
2. Each check should be accompanied by a note addressed to Mr. Steve Taylor. The note should indicate the intended beneficiary, in this case, De La Salle Lipa, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines c/o Br. Manuel Pajarillo FSC, President. The note should also indicate the purpose for which the donation is being made, which may be any of the following:
Annual Grants
° St. Br. Jaime Hilario Free Night High School Annual Grant (US$ 60 PA)
° St. Br. Miguel Febres Free College Annual Grant (US$ 60 PA)
° Regular High School Annual Grant (US$ 700 PA)
° Regular College Annual Grant (US$ 800 PA)
Endowment Funds
° St. Br. Jaime Hilario Scholarship Endowment Fund (US$ 1,000)
° St. Br. Miguel Febres Cordero Scholarship Endowment Fund (US$1,000)
° Regular High School 4-Year Scholarship Endowment Fund (US$3,200)
° Regular College 4-Year Scholarship Endowment Fund (US$4,000)
° Regular High School Scholarship Endowment Fund (US$20,000)
° Regular College Scholarship Endowment Fund (US$25,000)
Outright Gifts
° Outright Gift to the DLSL Athletic Grants Program
° Outright Gift for the construction of the Tertiary School Science Building
° Outright Gift for the construction of the Primary Learning Community Building
° Outright Gift for the construction of a Conference Hall
° Outright Gift for the construction of an Auditorium
° Outright Gift for the construction of a Chapel

3. Each check should be mailed to the following address. All donors should indicate their own return addresses:

4. An official receipt along with a tax deduction certificate will be mailed by Mr. Taylor to each donor.
5. DLSL will be notified by Mr. Taylor regarding the transfer of the donations for whatever purpose these were intended by the donors. When the transferred fund is received by the Business Office of DLSL in Batangas, Philippines, an acknowledgement note shall be issued by mail and/or fax to the donor.
