| |
| |
| |
Lipa City community recognizes the importance of developing its human capital in the efforts to reduce poverty and promote sustainable development. Likewise, the community believes that a good early childhood education should be given emphasis to ensure optimal intellectual development of young children. Basic education is provided free to the Lipa City youth through public elementary schools. However, the quality of education is still wanting and interventions can be introduced to address its weakness. |
