This report contains the achievements and progress made by Project K for the period September 2004 to August 2005. A summary of activities is presented first which shows the consolidation of inputs, products, consultations, problems and lessons learned from the project. The activities are broadly categorized as follows:

Details of activities undertaken under each major category are discussed in the annexes. Important documents such as concept papers, memorandum of agreement, manual of procedures, workshop proceedings, minutes of meetings and excerpts from published materials are also included as annexes.
We hope that the achievements and progress will be seen in terms of implications and benefits for application. Likewise, we value the experiences and lessons learned that could be extended or demonstrated. Most importantly, we are proud of the process we have taken which emphasized on intensive consultation, multisectoral participation, and beneficial partnerships.
