Working Toward Sustainability in the Fourth Synergeia Retreat

The retreat, with the theme “Growing Together in Vision and Action”, was held at the IIRR site in Cavite last January 21 – 23, 2005. The retreat served as a venue for Project K to share the best practices and lessons learned in administering education reform programs. One of the workshops in the retreat focused on the discussion of the doable measures and strategies that can be employed with regards to reinventing the local school boards and improvement of special education fund. Likewise, plans for program preparation and sustainability that will be undertaken by the Project Management Team (PMT) were discussed.
