    Preparatory Workshops and Consultations
     
    Workshop 1
    The workshop was held at the DepEd Division Office on 23 October 2003 to discuss the committees to be formed for the Division Festival of Instructional Materials that was held on 24-28 November 2003 at the Padre Valerio Malabanan Elementary School. The following were discussed during the meeting:
   
  • mechanics for the festival
  • schedule of activities
  • judges and criteria for judging
  • awards
  • Book Fair to be held simultaneously with the festival
     
    Workshop 2
    The workshop was held at the South Central Elementary School on November 13, 2003 at 11:00 AM. The following were the points discussed during the meeting:
   
  • Budget to be given by Project K to the four districts
  • The cash incentives to be given by Project K to the winners
  • The final list of judges
  • The finalization of meals to be served
  • The program of activities (opening and closing ceremonies)
  • Other matters
