    ENGLISH WORKBOOK TURNOVER CEREMONIES
One of the technical intervention components of Project K is the development of instructional materials that can be used by the Lipeño students and teachers as well. The Language and Reading English Workbook is the product of the public school teachers’ and Project K’s collaborative effort of improving the reading competencies of public school children in Lipa City. This standardized workbook was based on the Four-Pronged Approach in teaching adopted by our elementary public school teachers. Furthermore, the workbook’s contents were customized according to the local setting, using illustrations and examples that describe the culture and lifestyle in Batangas.

Project K is proud to say that the workbook is now ready for distribution to the different schools in Lipa City. With the help of De La Salle’s Purchasing Department Project K was able to maximize its budget for the reproduction process obtaining for a one-to-one ratio of workbooks for all grade levels in all 67 public schools of Lipa City.
