Please be reminded that you need to accomplish the GRADUATION CONSENT FORM on or before July 12, 2021. Failure to accomplish the form would mean that your name and your picture will not be included in the virtual graduation this coming August 9 for the SHS and August 10 for the College as we are strictly following data privacy policies.
