Lasallian Senior High School Scholarship Annual Grant

Beginning School Year 2014-2015, DLSL is serving selected and deserving young people by ushering them ahead of the other Filipino youth. DLSL opened the pioneer class of senior high school two years ahead of the mandatory implementation in year 2016. The class is composed of scholars from indigent families. At the end of two academic years (college preparatory tracks), scholars will be equipped with skills and are qualified to take an NC II certification. It will be their passport for employment to support their respective families and / or college education, if they opted to pursue college degree.
St. Br. Jaime Hilario FSC Senior High School Annual Grant is a gift-donation that is distributed in the year given as tuition aid for a scholar for two academic years in the St. Br. Jaime Hilario FSC Senior High School Scholarship Program. An individual or group may co-partner with other five (5) donors to sponsor a scholar through an annual grant of PhP 9,300.00 each. A single donor may sponsor a scholar to night high school through giving a gift amounting to PhP 55,500.00 annually.

BookMobile and Reading Program (BMRP)

BMRP is a transportable library and a guided reading program, is DLSL’s response and commitment to develop public school children’s reading skills directed towards increased functional literacy.
The program provides interesting and suitable reading resources for Grades 1 to 3 students. Also, it offers supplementary instruction in Writing, Arithmetic, English, Science, etc, where needed. BMRP accepts donations such as cash gift, books, AV materials, etc.

Lasallian Scholarship Endowment Fund

It is a single principal gift or a series of gifts for a pledge from an individual or group for the purpose of providing a human and Christian education to the young people at De La Salle Lipa. An Endowment is preserved in perpetuity and is never encroached upon unless directed by the Br. President and in consultation with the benefactor/s of the fund.
The least amount of donation is PhP 196,000.00. Only the endowment’s annual interest income is spent for the intended purpose. Another scholar shall then benefit from the said endowment after the previous scholar graduates.

Unrestricted gifts may be offered as financial assistance to deserving students but cannot afford education through the Fund Aid Program.

Lasallian Naming Rights Program

It is an enduring Lasallian tradition which bestows on exemplary Lasallian partner/s the distinguished honor of being recognized for his/her/their contributions to DLSL and the Lasallian Family in the Philippines. This distinction is exclusively accorded with DLSL’s exclusive right to name buildings, floors, lecture rooms, laboratories, conference rooms, walks, gardens etc. in the honorees’ name. It is a befitting accolade and tribute and by such right, DLSL ensures that the legacy of the individual (or group) will be remembered by generation upon generation of Lasallians.

Other Forms of Donation

Gifts in-Kind includes donations of property other than cash and marketable securities such as real estate, works of art, books, equipment, furnishings, software and licensing. Donation of service may be in the form of lecture / seminar or professional services.

The backbone and one of the major sources of annual funding for the education of young people at De La Salle Lipa. The Annual Grant supports the following programs:

St. Br. Jaime Hilario FSC Senior High School Annual Grant

Professorial Chairs Endowment Fund

It is set up for the purpose of implementing the research agenda of DLSL and in order to encourage the members of the academe towards the continuous and progressive pursuit of innovative studies and knowledge itself, Furthermore, it also seeks to encourage professional, creative and relevant research projects and to provide research opportunities for the members of the academe at DLSL.
Donated amount is deposited until total amount of deposit is enough for the endowment in which only the interest shall be used. The fund shall be used as financial assistance for professors or faculty members who are commissioned to do research either for the project of the donor or for the project of the school. This would help the faculty concerned in his/her professional development.

De La Salle Lipa’s response and commitment to God’s call for the human and Christian education of the young and the poor.
