The Graduate Program (GP) is an academic division of the College of Business, Economics, Accountancy and Management (CBEAM). It realizes the mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Institution through the formation of professionals in their chosen careers. It aims to provide and offer excellent graduates to aid in the further development of the working population and professional students from the CALABARZON areas of the Southern Tagalog province. The knowledge, skills and professional values developed in the student are broad enough to enable adaptation to change, given high uncertainty and shifting competencies in the world of work.

Master in Business Administration (MBA)
The De La Salle Lipa MBA program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who will face the challenge of a socially empowered complex market in a fast-moving technology-based business environment. The program aims to develop and enhance the skills and competencies of business professionals who optimize the soft skills of leadership in the organization and utilize business intelligence to enable better, smarter, and more effective decision-making. The program endeavors to meet the demand of dynamic economies for business leaders to steer companies and organizations towards success by developing new business solutions and effective leadership approaches.
The curriculum is designed to provide a balanced learning experience between real-world problem-solving and the application of classical and current management theories and approaches. Students will undergo rigorous skills formation in disciplinary areas of management like finance, operations, marketing, and human resource management. The program will lay the foundations of ethical management, sustainability, and governance to develop among students a desire to make critical decisions that will contribute positively to society. The program prepares professionals as leaders with a strong strategic mindset for sustainability, stability, and resilience to disruptive change.
Duration of the Study
The foundation, major, and elective courses can be finished after two years. This will be concluded by a comprehensive examination to be followed by Thesis Writing that can be finished in one year. The maximum period for completing all the requirements for the graduate programs shall be five (5) years from the time of the initial enrolment in the program.
Graduation Requirements
After passing the THESIS oral defense, the students must submit a hardbound copy and a digitized version (in cd and email) of the approved final theses incorporating all suggestions and recommendations of the oral defense committee. As part of the program’s final requirement, the final thesis should be presented in a colloquium which shall be arranged by the GP Chair in coordination with the Dean. If a student is unable to present in the research colloquium, he must find a colloquium/conference (either inside or outside of the school) where he can present his paper. In this case, he needs to present a certificate to the effect so that he can be issued clearance from the Office of the Graduate Program.
Master Class
Master class is a regular activity in the Graduate Program. This event serves as a venue to learn from real-life scenarios and experiences of selected experts in the topic of choice. This activity provides students with ideas likewise opportunities to visualize the concepts and models learned at school.
Masters in Management Technology (MMT)
Master in Management Technology (MMT)
The De La Salle Lipa Masters in Management Technology (MMT) program follows the Master of Arts by Research track. It is a graduate management academic degree program consisting of advanced studies in an academic discipline with an emphasis on strategic technological leadership. The program blends business management, engineering, and technology together for a 39-unit credit degree program and is designed to produce leaders for today’s competitive and technology-based economy. The MMT program embodies the academic philosophy of invention, innovation, and entrepreneurship which is intended for leaders whose role is to lead in the execution of successful technological innovations of companies and organizations.
In MMT, students will undergo comprehensive skills formation in data management, analytics, and software applications in management. The technology component will be complemented by the extensive formation in disciplinary areas of management like operations, service, analytics, and information systems. The program will also lay the foundations of ethical management, sustainability, and good governance to develop among students the desire to make critical decisions that will contribute positively to society. The program prepares technology professionals as leaders with a strong strategic mindset for innovation, sustainability, stability, and resilience to disruptive changes.

- 2X2 recent identical colored pictures with white background (with printed name in front)
- Scanned copy of PSA birth certificate

Business Analytics and Data Mining
The educational objective of this course is to understand how to incorporate complex data analytics into organizational decision-making.
Web Analytics
The course examines the technologies, tools, and techniques to maximize return from sites.
Environmental Management and Planning
This course explores environmental management from the perspectives of government regulators, private corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
Organizational Development
Management of individual and team behavior in complex work organizations with emphasis on models of individual performance and effectiveness, work-related stress, communications, and conflict.
Project Management (PM)
This course aims to develop your skills in Project Management that will enable initiation, control and evaluation of the success of projects. In this course, students will develop a facility for the planning and control of projects in general, which includes the definition, scheduling, and monitoring of activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations from a project.
