All Grade 11 students may submit their Education Subsidy Contracting (ESC) certificate by filling out the form available in this link: https://bit.ly/SHS21-22_ESCandVoucherCertificates. Grade 10 completers from DepEd public schools, on the other hand, need not submit such certificate (just fill out the form). Please use your official DLSL email account.

Notes:
· The link will be reopened once the Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate is already available.
· The LAMP Office will send the ESC certificate of DLSL ESC completers to their email addresses.
