Capilla De San Juan Bautista De La Salle
- DESIGNED BY ARCH. JOSELITO GUTIERREZ JR., THE CAPILLA DE SAN JUAN BAUTISTA DE LASALLE is situated at the center of the De La Salle Lipa campus. Spanning 38.30 meters long and 22.50 meters wide, it provides a place of worship and area to experience the cool Lipa breeze.
- Its main altar was designed in collaboration with artist Abdulmari “Toym” Imao, son of the National Artist Abdulmari Asia Imao. Its chairs, altar table and pews were designed and fabricated by Architect Agi Pagkatipunan using old lumber from demolished and burned structures.

- The modernization of the College Learning Resource Center (CLRC) is the institution’s response to a dynamic and growing institution. This provides additional facility for research, study and discussion needs of its students and faculty.
- The LRC was further expanded to meet the needs of the increasing number of enrollees.

Retreat Complex
- The Complex is comprised of three (3) session halls, one-storey dormitory, mess hall, comfort rooms, open activity area and a chapel.
- THE RETREAT COMPLEX IS BUILT ON THE NEWLY ACQUIRED 3.4-HECTARE PROPERTY ACROSS THE MAIN CAMPUS.
- The Complex is comprised of three (3) session halls, one-storey dormitory, mess hall, comfort rooms, open activity area and a chapel. The facility serves as an ideal venue to numerous formation activities for the 11,000 DLSL population.
- Designed by Arch. Antonio Gutierrez Jr. and Arch. Barry Del Rosario, the structures are designed to be eco-friendly using less electricity and paint. The main buildings – chapel, mess hall and session halls – are open air and utilize more natural light during daytime.
- Indigenous materials like bamboo and sawali are used to complete the look and echo more vividly the commitment of the campus to the care and nurturance of the environment

- The buildings are named after the two famous novels of National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. It houses the senior high school (SHS) classrooms, Offices of the SHS Assistant Principal and SHS Moderators. It was inaugurated in May 1999.
- THE BUILDINGS ARE NAMED AFTER THE TWO FAMOUS NOVELS OF NATIONAL HERO, DR. JOSE RIZAL.
- It houses the senior high school (SHS) classrooms, Offices of the SHS Assistant Principal and SHS Moderators. It was inaugurated in May 1999. Features: airconditioned classrooms fully equipped with LED projectors

- The College of Business, Economics, Accountancy and Management (CBEAM) Hall houses the college facilities for Business and Management programs. The complex is located between the Mabini Hall and the Brothers Community residence.
- DE LA SALLE LIPA’S COMMITMENT TO TEACHING MINDS, TOUCHING HEARTS AND TRANSFORMING LIVES is translated in the way we uphold the students’ mindset, welfare and interests through continuous physical development and further improvement of amenities. The institution is equipped with facilities ranging from big structures for conferences, formal events and gatherings, symposia, athletic meets, inter-school academic competitions to small nooks for study, reflection and peer camaraderie.

- DESIGNED AS WELL BY BR. DINDO MARALIT FSC, IT HOUSES THE LABORATORIES OF THE NURSING AND ENGINEERING PROGRAMS, SMART wireless technology laboratory, College of Law’s moot court, and Mac laboratory. Offices of the College Deans, faculty rooms, student services, discipline and guidance offices are housed in the MB Hall. Features: rock garden, spiral stairs, and roofed deck which overlooks the Lipa City proper

- THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BB HALL WAS COMPLETED IN JUNE 2011.
- It houses the offices/rooms of the preschool, grade school, assistant principal, guidance center, PAASCU, grade school academic units, Bakas Publication, laboratories, grade school library, and canteen. The BB Hall was designed by Br. Dindo Maralit FSC, alumnus and former DLSL Services Director.
- Features: robotics lab, guidance play area, audio–visual rooms and roofed deck

- Envisioned to be the center for culture and sports in the province of Batangas.
- “SAMAHAN AT TIPANAN NG MGA MAG-AARAL” or SENTRUM, was the first building constructed under the DLSL former President Br. Rafael S. Donato, FSC. Envisioned to be the center for culture and sports in the province of Batangas, it was inaugurated in December 1995.
- – This multipurpose facility is equipped with NBA standard collapsible goals and electronic scoreboards.
- – It has a seating capacity of 3,000 in the bleachers section, another 1,000 seats can be accommodated in the playing court; total – 4,000.
- SENTRUM GATE: a gift of HS ’94–’95 and ’95–’96 to the school; built on classical style.

- Formerly known as Management Training Development Center (MTDC) building, this five-storey structure houses the Office of the President, Offices of the Vice Chancellors and C-Suites, Executive Offices, Administrative Offices and the Learning Resource Center.
- Features: – suite offices, Auditorium on the top floor, conference rooms.
